Worst Company Ever!
System is less than 10 years old, requires repairs at least 3 times a year. Quality of products used is substandard. Repair crew refused to begin work until they already had a check in hand. Office staff lost the check then accused me of not paying my bill and of trying to scam them out of the payment...they "found" the check more than a year later behind a filing cabinet and tried to cash it without the courtesy of a phone call first. When I called them I was yelled at by the owner because I had not followed up on the uncashed check. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and have since taken my business elsewhere.

Nasty, incompetent, rip-off
Installed solar water heater improperly plumbed to tank, pipes routed incorrectly resulting in recurrent vapor lock. Grudgingly replumbed the tank, and ADMITTED IN THEIR OWN PAPER WORK that pipes may need to be re-routed, but refused to do so. Used non UV resistant pipe insulation that deteriorated from sun exposure. Freeze valve and temperature pressure relief valve failed, resulting in hundreds of dollars worth of hot water wasted. Not only refused to correct errors without an additional exorbitant payment, but were nasty and insulting. The system actually cost more to run than the previous gas only water heater did, until i eventually made the repairs myself.
