I was really impressed with the A-1 Solar project team who installed the Solar Panels. They were extremely professional and courteous. The team called and told me exactly when they would be at my house and the day they were going to be here and, they were as arranged. The install went extremely smooth and the project manager kept me informed on everything they were doing, and answered all my questions. The install is very neat, attractive, and professionally done. When I called the A-1 Solar office to ask questions I was able to talk with Laura, she was very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of the entire solar system. Laura was able to inform me how the tax credit worked with the Federal Government. In fact Laura also sent me the forms I needed to file with my tax return and let me know if I have any questions concerning filling out the forms to call and she would walk me through the entire process. I was also informed that if I have any questions in the future I can call and A-1 Solar will be more than happy to answer them. It is also refreshing to know; when you call A-1 Solar that you actually get to speak with the receptionist who will transfer your call immediately to the person you are wanting to speak with. The entire A-1 Solar team deserves recognition for the way they represented the A-1 Solar Company with such professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having solar panels installed.

Pre-installation, permitting, and installation were fantastic. The initial follow-up was just as outstanding. Positive results are showing on my electric bill, so I know the system is operating; however, almost two months later, I still do not have the ability to monitor my system. I have called numerous times with no response. I am currently waiting for a response from the COO.
