- I dont understand, why do I have to register?
- Members use the ratings and reviews on this site to make decisions, and as such we have to make sure the information is accurate. You can add reviews without registering, but these reviews are not visible until we make sure they check them out.
- I dont like giving out this information, what will you do with it?
- Your information is securely stored, and only used to verify your identity should you encounter a problem. We may contact you by email if a problem is noted, or if someone comments on a post of yours. Your details will ONLY be used by Solar Reviews, and will not be sold or traded.
- Why do I have to confirm my email address?
- We have found that this discourages spammers, and keeps the site information accurate. Also, as we may need to contact you regarding a quote or review, we need to be able to trust this address. It is never displayed to any other users.
