Bad Choice

I signed the contract with Solar Alliance on January 31, 2013. They installed the panels, but have failed to activate them. I have been waiting for six months with no action. All I get from the company is the runaround.

Sales process
Price charged as quoted
On schedule

As Mr. Hinckley knows very well, he signed a lease with SunPower Corp. Solar Alliance of America, Inc is the Contractor who got Mr. Hinckley an incredibly low cost for his lease and installed his system as quick as we could. As you can see from his review, he is upset that he cannot turn his system on. Solar Alliance of America, Inc. has no control over this. We feel Mr. Hinckley's pain, because we cannot be paid by SunPower Corp until is system is operational. Also, Mr. Hinckley has invested no money in this project. SunPower Corp has required no investment from him, but Solar Alliance of America paid for all labor regarding his install. I request that this "review" be taken down. When I accepted the offer from Solar Alliance, the decision was made based on promises made to me by that company. I not made aware of that SunPower was ultimately responsible. I was told that the installation would be complete within two months. It is now seven months with no end in sight. Solar Alliance now claims to be the innocent middleman. No so. They made promises and failed to ensure that these promises were kept. If they had no control over the process, they should had made that fact clear from the beginning. They are solely responsible for the slow progress of the project and the misinformation which has been disseminated.
