Very pleasant work crew, willing to make aesthetic changes to switch location without hesitation. Salesperson knowledgeable and friendly, very honest I investigated each fact thoroughly. Only missing component is the fog/dew problem in Marin...leaves dirt and dust on the solar which is challenging to clean because of my particular roof location. THis reduces the output by 5%. Ultimately, it just requires a long squeegee once a week. Overall GREAT company.<br />
