I had no idea exactly how solar panels worked. The sales person that came to me house, Paul Mac, explained everything to me with details. He was so knowledgeable about the product he and the company that after speaking with him, I had no doubt in my mind that I wanted the solar panels. He was also very kind and polite, it was just comfortable speaking to him in general. I was so satisfied with the customer service he provided that I recommended him to two of my friends, and they were also so happy to speak with him that they both ended up getting the solar panels as well. The best customer service I've had in my life!!!

If you live in Long Island NY, I highly recommend you ask for this sales representative, you won't regret it.
