The whole Team at Solar-Ray were awesome to work with. Mike designed the system to best fit my house and maximize the sun exposure. Jeff my main contact throughout the whole process was very patient and helpful in making sure we got exactly what we were looking for. (Other companies offered systems that were not at all what I was asking for... And they were more expensive) Jeff, Mike and one other technician worked closely with me and an electrical contractor to make sure my electrical panel would O had to upgrade to would be able to support the solar power. The installation, team led by David I think(sorry, I am horrible with names) did a phenomenal job. They also took the time to answer my questions and they did a very professional job installing the system. The electrician mentioned above was there the same day upgrading the panel and they were very impressed with the professional job the installation team was doing on the installation. The electric contractor was also impressed by the high quality materials being used and how efficiently the team was doing the work. I am a very big advocate for safety and was impressed the techs were required to use fall protection in case of an accidental fall off the roof.<br /><br />I had one of the legs fail due to a blown fuse on the system and true to the companies word they sent a tech out to look so it and fix the system--- free of charge! The tech also explained how I can check the system in the future if we noticed the production was low again (I like to do my own work so I asked how to troubleshoot the fuses and how to safely change it and the tech walked me through it)<br /><br />Overall my wife and I are very happy with the system and the whole experience!
