From start to finish, Direct Energy was the most professional and straightforward company that I've dealt with. The time was roughly 4 months from initial contact to a fully functional system. In the past 2 months since the system has been operational, there have been no problems or issues whatsoever. I would recommend Direct Energy to anyone in Rhode Island!
