This is a follow up review. Initially I gave them three stars because the installation was done so well. I commented on their lack of follow-up on problems but I can elaborate now after seven frustrating months of trying to get them to maintain the non-producing system. So far we have had more down time than production time. I repeatedly email and call them to get something done and they are always "waiting for....". Lots of excuses, little performance. I have asked to speak to the owner, Leo Bautista, many times. Never had a return call. The salesman, Mitch, has also disappeared. Their customer service person, Tamara, seems to be trying.
