We called this company because we were interested in lowering our electricity bill. First of all there were 2 people who showed up for the sales meeting then after we started the paperwork we were told that the installation would have been on a certain day, that day came and no one showed up. Sunday night We received an email that they would install on Monday after we told them we would be out of the country. However the install was done with the solar panels, a week after the water heater was installed, a week later the air conditioner unit was outfitted with a chip for efficiency. Moving on it was six weeks later that the city came to pass the work. Meanwhile we kept calling and they continue to blame the hold up on everyone except themselves. A few days ago our electricity meter was changed out and we continue to call them to come in and turn the system on but they keep promising to call us back to set up an appointment but we have not received a call back yet. Its been three months, we have been paying back our loan for three months and we still do not have use of the system as yet. Customer service is very poor and we are very hesitant to recommend this company to anyone.
