After signing up for a system in December, and numerous problems, the system was set to begin operation in May. Without any indication it had been approved for operation, I received 12 hours notice that payments were to commence via automatic payments. After five months of waiting I get 12 hours of notice and boom, automatic payment deducted. Needless to say I was unprepared and have experienced nothing but heartache.
