Lighthouse solar installed our system in April of 2013 and it has been working flawlessly ever since. The team was very professional from the first meeting, through the installation and afterwards. To this day we feel we can easily call on them with questions or concerns. They provided us with all of the analysis and tools to make the proper decisions when we were shopping for a system. And after 3 years I can say every one of their estimates were spot on. Also, upon completion of the installation we were set up with a web based monitoring service that allows us to see how much power the system is generating every minute of the day and how it has performed over time. Our Sales Rep Bryan was very easy to deal with and we never once felt as though we were being sold to. Instead we felt as though he was our partner helping us to navigate through our decision process. The installers were professional, clean, and very courteous. And while I'm sure this does not happen on all installations given the dynamic nature, they completed our installation well ahead of schedule, but we never felt like they were rushing. In fact they spent extra time making sure some of the piping that had to come around the side of roof looked good and they custom bent the pipes to ensure a good fit and look. In a market that is becoming crowded we would highly recommend Lighthouse as a the true professionals, committed to solar and not simply looking to follow the crowd.
