I recommend the customer educate themselves prior to any sales event, to include what their needs are and financial options. Read all notes as to the signed contract and hold the installer to their signed word. insist on getting what you paid for by contract. As a home owner its your responsibility to know the codes and laws regarding the installation DONT be under or over sold. I am very pleased with the installation crew. Customer communication became very easy, once I requested that only, One person be the point of contact for my installation. MS Kaylin did a fantastic job in that regards. IQ will assuredly be a leader in clay county Florida in the very near future. We were the first.
