Work was completed in a timely manner. Workmen were very professional--answering all of my questions <br />and concerns. Changes in design (my ideas) were done without any conflict and the final product was just <br />what I want. Materials were current versions--you should be careful if you deal with any installers about <br />this. Efficiency and appearance will vary GREATLY. VERY responsive to all concerns over the months that <br />we were working together on this project. Permits and tax credit forms were submitted as promised. <br />Highly recommend Jim and his team.
