The company was very responsive at all levels when they were trying to get me to buy a system. After much thought I decided to purchase, and the installation and financing were pretty seamless. That is when they went silent.<br /><br />Now that my bills are not what the sales people advertised I naturally have some questions. As a new owner I am learning, and simply need a little guidance in understanding how the system is working and why I am only saving a few dollars per month (last month... $4! savings...definitely not what they had told me in the sales process).<br /><br />I have tried to contact many different people at many different times- my sales rep, the company directly, the person helping me with financing- all by phone or email. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME BACK. NOT ONE.<br /><br />I see how it goes with these guys.... get your money and they disappear. They tout customer service on their website...don't believe it!
