System was installed and operational 14 weeks after contract was signed. Contract said 4-6 weeks. Make sure everything is in writing especially things that are important to you. Work crew was efficient and clean, installation was done in one day. Communication between sales and install crew and me was an issue. Didn't like that payment was to be at 100% before they would deliver warranty and operation manuals (flash drive). Flash drive doesn't work and I can't get anyone to respond. Overall, probably, give a good rating but when making this kind of investment in the future I will definitely make sure all verbal promises are in writing.
