The solar system I had installed is providing a monthly savings of ~$40.00, with a monthly payment of $125.00 of the system. The system will take ~25 years to recoup the cost of the system AFTER reducing the price by the tax credit. The production of electric is far below what I was told during the sales process. This comes after the installers went directly against my advice of which part of my roof to install the panels on.

We are trying to figure out who this customer is, as no one has ever called us and given us this feedback / complaints. If this is in fact our customer, we would urge you to contact our office and speak with the management so that we may have the opportunity to address any issues you may have. If his system was recently installed, it's very possible that the system may not cover the total amount of electric bills when running AC 24/7 during the hot summer months, but generally it should make up the difference in the cooler months to *average* the costs close to net-zero over the annual billing cycle. If that's the case, this is normal and expected and usually our Solar Consultants make this clear. Our #1 priority is happy customers, but we can't address a problem if we don't know about it. :-/

I talked to them today, and they say the system is working as intended. I guess what I got approved for was less than the cost of a system that would be big enough to net-zero my electric bill. :/
