In the beginning of the summer, Eric came to my door. He was so knowledgeable and explained all the benefits of the company, the process and of course the savings on my electric bill. I love the idea of going greener and lowering my monthly bills. Eric was never pushy or "sales-y" and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the roof, warranty, pricing, and overall process. I referred him to my parents and will continue to refer him to other neigh or and friends. <br /><br /> The entire process, as explained, does take a while. It's been 3 months since installation (which was easy- Eric came to check on the day of install) and the electric company still hasn't given the final approval for the panels to be turned on. We had a circuit blow the next day and the electrician came by right away, fixed the issue and gave me his cell # incase it happened again. Luckily it didn't. Being removed from balanced billing over 4 months ago was annoying bc of the lack in consistency and increase in charges, but that has nothing to do with Vivint, just something to be aware of during the process. <br /><br />I have not had my panels turned on yet so I can not discuss billing just yet.
