The toughest part of the entire process was deciding to get solar. After that Complete Solar made everything a breeze. They hit all of their schedule dates and installation only took one day. I particularly liked that they paid attention to how the system looks (even spacing, square to the roof, and even level installation on things that are on the back of the house where no one will ever see). Of the many solar companies I talked with, Complete Solar was the only one that understood that I did not regard the trees around my house as "expendable". They worked to put the array on the part of the roof that would get the most sunlight and told me straight out that I would get less electricity and even put it in their calculations. Over the past two years the system has performed as advertised. My only suggestion would be to emphasize how important it is to clean the panels during a drought when there is no rain to clean them naturally.
