This tale has 2 chapters 1 good 1 tremendously disappointing. To begin the sales and installation process went pretty seamlessly minus an appointment they failed to show up for. Not a big deal, mistakes happen I guess. Anyways during the sales process I was notified of the referral program ($250 for being referred and referring others) and a special they were running for $1000 cash back for signed contracts during their promotion period.I was referred by a friend of mine that I made sure to point out and was assured it was processed. I was also assured of the $1000 refund. 5 months later not a penny received! Emails, don't bother they don't respond! I've been at this for 3+ months now. My sales rep who worked w me tried and he got nowhere. I hate that I referred others to this company, I will not speak kindly of this company to anyone going forward. I believe in solar and I do not regret going solar, I just regret working with this company.
