I had many, many questions and Kyle walked me through the entire process. The team that supports Kyle walked me through the entire process (and it is quite a process) while Kyle was on vacation. Installers came out on time, worked hard and were very courteous. They gave me the impression they cared about my solar needs and also answered a few questions.
