A&R installed a small array (I have gas heat and hot water) for my home. The installation was delayed because of Lynnwood's permit response, but I was informed the day before it had been due to start. Once begun, however, it went smoothly, although apparently the flash drive has gotten lost in the mail somewhere because I never received it. Just got my light bill - cut in half! Hurray!.<br />Lynn Regudon
