Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful sales/install/service staff. They have all their own personnel, don't use contractors, and they've been around a long time. They took care of all the permitting, inspections, etc. Systems are very competitively priced (even beat Costco), exceeded my expectations for production, and follow up service is awesome. Scheduling can be somewhat challenging if you have a tight timeline because they are so in demand, so plan ahead. Love the access to Enphase online monitoring. I plan to expand my system as soon as I can.
