Excellent experience

From the very beginning when I contacted Maryland Solar Solutions, to the final product, I was very pleased. I was initially working with another solar supplier, and was frustrated by frequent missed appointments for my quote, continuous excuses, and general poor delivery of inflated promises. I contacted MSSI after reading favorable reviews on Angie's list. I was greeted by a very competent receptionist who continued to ably assist me throughout the process. Sandi performed my quote, and I found her to be extremely competent. She provided me with multiple options at varying price points, and I was able to easily assess the costs and benefits of the different plans. My questions were answered the same day, and often within a few hours, which was very refreshing after my initial experience with a competitor. Once we decided on a plan, the company obtained the requisite permits from my electric utility -- which took several months, but that was due entirely to the regulatory burden of Montgomery County -- then work began. Colette and her very large team worked tirelessly for 12-14 hours per day for 4 days to complete the installation. Colette's passion for her work was obvious. After 4 days of work, we had a beautiful and functional system, with no problems now after 3 months. Our last electric bill dropped from nearly $300 the prior year to $9. I wholeheartedly recommend MSSI with no reservations.
