Forever.....

We started the process in Oct 2013. They installed the equipment a day or two after we signed the contract. Guess they wanted to get us locked in. Almost August now and no communication or clue when its going to be done. They keep failing the inspections and it just seems to push us to the back of the line Good news is the system is up there generating power (reducing our bill) and Vivent can't bill us until the system is done and new meter put in. They are hosing themselves. Downside is that our bill will not go back up if they ever get it done and start to bill us.
