I understood the process pretty well before contacting them. They missed the original email with the signed grant proposal and that cost us 2-3 months on the schedule. I have referred them to a friend (who seems to be getting a better price than I did :-()<br />I`ve been interested in solar power since attending a solar conference in Philly in 1980.
