Recently had a problem with my Fronius inverter that I wasn't able to resolve myself. Though my solar array was older and self-installed they came out to look at it. They had a good relationship with the techs at Fronius and were able to quickly determine a bad component needed replacing.<br /><br />It's obvious they are customer focused and enjoy their work.
