Courtesy Service

Thank you very much for the courtesy service of Phillip Nguyen. Phillip is always happy to help. I really appreciate your patience with all of my questions and explained details or walked me through the necessary steps until I was clear. Again, thank you for your assistant, prompt response, your guidance of checking my solar condition for maintenance along with my billing questions.

Redo my roof and they came out the next day. They did an amazing job and already recommended them to neighbors. Super professional job from start to finish!!

Redid my roof with them after 20+ years of not having it done. They were quick and efficient. Great job overall

Very pleased with all the work this company did at the house all the energy efficient projects solar battery and Mini split. I’m located out here in the Illinois empire highly recommend this company

A representative from Southwest Solar was on our HOA private property. He did not have permission to be there. There are signs posted stating “no trespassing”. He was Parked in a red/fire zone blocking one of our residents garages. When asked to move/leave, he was abusive and said he would not move his white Mercedes van with rack and ladder on top. We informed him that we were calling 911 and he still would not move his van. He became abusive and threatening. After we informed him that the police were called he left, but made racial and threatening remarks as he removed himself from our private property. Terrible representative terrible company

I just got solar with southwest solar. Thwy are so nice. Thanks for your help

My home solar system was installed by Southwest Sun Solar of Orange county office back in July 2022. After nearly eight months of enjoying this system, it is continuing to produce electricity for my home without any issues. This system is generating my home electricity is better than initial specs of the contract. All personals of the company from customer services, and installation guys are courtesy and helping during all phases from contract, obtaining city permit and installation. The final product are quality and well prepare with installation to meet the city requirements. We are no longer worrying about monthly electricity bills from my local SDGE. I would recommend this company to any ones who are looking for their home solar system. Thanks to the company with well done job and special thanks to Huy for making it happened.

Southwest Sun Solar installed our 2nd solar system about 1 year ago. We chose REC 400 watt panels and Enphase IQ7 micro inverters. We could not be more pleased! They were 100% professional and everything they told us, they did. Not to mention our installation is in the Palm Springs area! Great people, great price, HIGHLY recommended.

Excellent Solar Installation and Service

I had Solar installed and love it. My electricity bill has substantially decreased and the install was painless. SWSS made installation quick and easy. They were very clean in the process and put my worries at ease. I didn't think it would be this painless to get it installed and never thought I'd be saving this kind of money. Looking forward to running the AC a lot this summer without the insane bills! Thanks SouthWest Sun Solar.
