Poor customer service & follow up
Numerous phone calls were required to move this project along with Heliocentric. There was little communication, no training, and no actual written warranty provided for our project with our dates of completion. This was requested many times. While the system is finally working, the interaction while in process and the turnover to the customer was very unsatisfactory.
