Install, yes. Service? Hmmm...
Big Sky installed my 10 kW solar array in 2013, and they did a terrific job. Now, however, I have several micro-inverters that appear to have failed. (Wiring? The inverters themselves? Who knows?) I contacted Big Sky and explained my situation and the need for repair service, they said they'd get back to me, and that's the last I've heard frrom them, even after repeated emails asking them to reply. I hope Brian is still there and that he reads this review.

Great experience
Brian and Big Sky added a new array to our existing 8 year array. The whole process was easy and timely. Communication was great. Our original installer is no longer in business, Brian troubleshooted annd then fixed issues we were having with the original array and helped us with the tech/app as we’d been having difficulties with that as well. It’s great to know if we have issues in the future Brian will be around to help us.

Big Sky
After talking and reviewing many installers Big Sky stood out as company that was not high pressure and gave excellent estimations ( even underestimated the amount panels would produce ). They held the price for a year which helped us as we were waiting for grants to be approved . They installed trackers with 20 panels on each of 5 trackers . Produces 100 % of our electric

I highly recommend Big Sky Solar.
I was very impressed with the whole process.The knowledge and professionalism of the crew as well as the quality of work was second to none. Brian was there from the beginning of the project to the end. His experience as an installer coupled with his knowledge of the system made for a great result. Brian was true to his estimate and did the job in the time frame he promised ( not easy installing a system in New Hampshire in the middle of December). I also had Big Sky Solar install a system at my home.

The price and quality of the pv system is excellent but the process takes time and patience is needed. The final results are satisfying. I have no regrets whatsoever...I will gladly refer bigsky renewable energy to anyone and feel good about it... my contractor was honest very fairly priced and the quality of the work was excellent. A job very well done.... Thank You!
