Alan was the ultimate pleasure to work with, from start to finish. He was always professional, precise, and honest, not to mention friendly and personable. No question or issue was too small. He took the time to make sure we understand everything. He demonstrated great passion and pride for his work - as if it were taking place in his own home. All costs were fair and were explained to us fully throughout the process.

Apex Thermal is a very professional company. I was provided with reasonable choices before making a decision on a system. The claims made by Apex Thermal regarding the amount of energy savings we would enjoy due to the system installation was right on target. Apex Thermal provided excellent, personal service before, during and after the installation. The attention to detail was superb. The wiring and piping was very clean and orderly. The work area was cleaned of debris on a daily basis. This attention to detail only made the experience better.
