Super Solar

I had a roofing company come out February of 2021 to inspect my roof damages. They found that it had be replaced and went through my insurance company. I asked about solar and they did advise that Super Solar who is owned by Super Heat and Air would be partnering up to install solar panels along with a new AC unit and water heater. Around May of 2021 is when I got my HVAC replaced, but not what was stated it the contract which was a 2.5 ton unit. The morning Super Heat and air arrived, they came with a 3.5 ton unit. I was adamant about the size being too big for my almost 1500 sqft home. So after some talking to they agreed to bring a 3 ton instead (which is something I shouldn’t have to explain to an HVAC company). The same day, the AC stop working forcing me to stay with no air conditioning in the summer for a few days because they couldn’t get technician out. They sent out a plumber to replace my water heater which was suppose to be a 50 gallon hybrid tank. Well low and behold the 50 gallon tank did not fit in the space where the previous tank was. So they installed a tankless water heater instead. At this point there are now 2 different equipment that was changed from the original contract. It’s is now August 2021 and they are finally installing my solar unit. Remember the contract was signed and dated back in February. They are now telling me yet again that there was a change in unit from my original contract. Instead of getting 14 panels, I received 11. Assuring me that I would produce the amount that was stated. My contracts says 95 percent reduction but my unit only produces 50 percent of my usage at max. I reached out to the manager back in October and he assured me that they would make it right But has yet to do so. I’ve left several messages and emails with no follow through. I just want someone to take accountability and deliver what was promised to me. I’m not asking for more that what I agreed to. It’s been long enough.

Very impressed with Super Solar. It was my first interaction with the company. The technician, Conner, showed up and performed an AC maintenance check-up. He was extremely professional and friendly. He addressed all my questions and respected my home (wearing booties inside). I'd certainly recommend this Super Solar!

I appreciated my experience with Super Solar. They truly want what is in the best interest of the customer. We are very pleased with our system, which was installed 5 months ago. Our all-electric house now has no electric bill. Thanks for a great solar system at a fair price.

Dan Weeks has me all set up to go Solar! I was also able to get efficiency upgraded appliances and ductwork for my home. Dan was very passionate about his work and very interested in making the quality of life for his customers better.

Jake and Scott were very personable, and very detailed in their.

We chose them because it made sense cost wise to change to solar. If it wasn't for Jake and Scott, we would have never gone solar! Hats off to them!

Fantastic!

We are currently in the middle of the process of having our solar panels installed and Super Solar has been so easy to deal with. From the sales process through the engineering process they are friendly, professional and efficient. They just installed our new hybrid water heater and it's awesome!

I must start out by saying, that I had Super Solar come out to give me a solar quote with no intention on making a purchase until a year or two from now. Jake was very professional and friendly. He provided a detailed breakdown of the solar process and calculations, but was very easy to understand. The quote that was provided was such a no brainer, that we made the purchase that same day and are now excited to be a solar home!

I’m very pleased with Super Solar

Jake from Super Solar was very helpful in educating us about the solar system we needed for our home. The installers did a great job making everything look nice. This is the second month in a row now that our electric bill was below $0 and we can’t wait to see how it performs this summer. Thanks guys, I’d highly recommend anyone interested in solar to give Super Solar a call.

HVAC & Solar

Super Heat & Air had done a great job with my new AC installation as well as reducing my electric bill to almost zero with the addition of a solar system! Great service and communication. Would highly recommend
