Subpar customer service
We did not do a lot of research of various solar installers prior to picking Pep Solar.

Super Pleased with PEP Solar
From the original quote meeting to final install I am very pleased with the Pep Solar team. The job was completed on time, on budget and is working as advertised. The install team were exceptionally professional and Bri answered all of my questions along the way and kept me posted to all milestones.<br /><br />I would recommend PEP solar to anyone considering a solar system for their home.

Wonderful experience, easy to do business with
PEP was wonderful to work with. I wanted a solar min-split for AC and heating and they had the product and the knowledge. They worked with the difficulties in product arrival (back orders - not PEP's fault) and scheduling pleasantly, honestly, responsively and pleasantly. All my questions were promptly answered and I felt they truly cared. A 5+ star company.

Very Pleased
We spoke to several solar companies, PEP Solar was the most knowledgeable and provided the information we were looking for. PEP Solar has their own installers, which was important to us. The timeline was met, they worked with the city of Buckeye, APS and our HOA. Only one issue with the panels being on backorder, PEP quickly resolved the issue to put us back on track.

7 kWh solar system
Sean the owner of pep solar is great; pep solar installed a 7.02 kWh solar system with a demand controller in a timely fashion in gilbert, AZ. The install was clean and looks good; SRP inspector indicated that the install was clean and that it was done to code and that it was done right. The CIG panels from solar frontier are great; have been producing around 50 kWh a day. Again a great company; Bri is great also who answers all your questions and keeps you on pace to finish in a timely matter.

Very Happy
My Solar went on today. Very happy with it. The Company, Pep Solar was a great Company to work with. They walked me through everything from beginning to end. Took care of all the paper work, I didn't have to do anything. Employees were very nice and considerate. I would recommend this Company to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service and product
Just got my system installed and can't be more satisfied by making the right decision going with PEP SOLAR.<br />As other solar companies come to your house and the first thing they say they are #1, this is by itself is red flag.<br />PEP Solar will come to you house and don't just say they are #1, they will prove it to you as they are locally owned , their service is outstanding, no pressure sale and most of all they care about clean and healthy environment and helping you save lots of $$$$$.<br />My wife is the happiest woman on earth today by using PEP SOLAR

Wow!
Heard it took 2 to 3 months you have solar installed Internet meter put on by APS. Scratch that! From the time we signed our contract It only took six weeks for the install and the net meter to be hooked up. That's like the best. <br /><br /> The Cigs System is The best. Generating more than enough electric to run the system free. Air conditioning on all day long. Will report back after first month APS bill. <br /><br />Bottom line you can't go wrong with these people. Ask for Mike Sheehan and you will be taken care of.
