We had solar hot water in our house when we moved in. After a number of years it was failing. We contacted P.E.G. for a quote to switch out our solar hot water and get solar for the whole house. Joe worked up the the estimate quickly for us. We were able to get our roof replaced and the solar put in, all through P.E.G. They explained everything and helped us with every step of the process. PEG is truly out there to help people get into solar powering of their homes. They do everything to make sure you understand the process as well as get exactly what you need/want. There is no pressure and your are guided confidently through the entire experience. Like another reviewer mentioned, another company called power home had much higher prices for very similar panels and services. It felt like that company just wanted my business and didn't care how they got it. I couldn't be happier that we chose PEG. Joey was absolutely amazing to work with! I'll be recommending to everyone. P.E.G. was actually the second company I talked to. They were/have been great. From the first meet with Joey and Joe(which I did not know he was the owner), I did not feel pressured or forced into trying to buy a system. Which I can not say the same about power home solar. Joey did his best on finding what best fit my family financially. It was also amazing how PEG's price for a whole house system was less than power home solar's 80% system they were pushing to sell me. Overall a great company, great people.... read more

My system was installed in May 2016 and has been fantastic. P.E.G. spent a lot of time discussing my needs with me before the installation to ensure I received the system I needed/wanted. Their work was efficient and their customer service since then has been superb. My electric bill has been cut in half and it is a great relief to know that my medical equipment will still work when the electric company has a power outage.... read more

I never expected to be writing a great review about something I didn’t buy but I have to share! PEG solar energy came to my home to talk to me about getting solar for my home. Turns out due to the pitch of my roof and Lack of sun it just wasn’t a good fit for me. Joe and Rachel were extremely professional and didn’t try to sell me a product I didn’t need. That is rare to find today! They instead talked to me about other energy saving options I could be doing and took the time to look around and really help me find different ways to save. Peak season install. Project ran into weather delays,equipment delivery delays, and a final inspection re-schedule. Communication could have been better, but the owner personally resolved the issues and promised to do better in the future. The sales process went smoothly. The financing went smoothly.
