SunWork partnered with the San Jose Conservation Corps & Charter School to help install solar systems on low-income families homes in San Jose. SunWork provided the opportunity for our students who had recently completed a solar training program to gain hands on field installation experience, while working alongside the industry professionals at SunWork. The practical installation experience paired with the solar training program has created a pathway for our students towards a career in the solar industry.
The patience and willingness to teach our students on a solar install while simultaneously completing the job on time and on budget was a work or art.
