I have a 20-yr. leased system. I liked this because I was not sure of possible future troubles and this way it will be maintained without me being troubled. I choose pay the total leasing power to be supplied up front with a single payment.
The system was installed in December 2012 and has been working fine ever since.
There was one hiccup from installation, but when this was learned, it was quickly fixed. I am very satisfied with this transaction with West Coast Solar.
