After being told that it would take 1-2 months from the time that I signed to have solar running, I am now at month 4 and still nothing. There was an inspection 6 weeks ago but failed because of a missing placard. I get that that different cities have different requirements but it took 6 weeks to have this placard made and yesterday was the re-inspection. Guess what, it failed again and Vivint needs to make a new placard because they didn't get it right the first time. When I asked why it took 6 weeks to get the placard made I was told the person who handles these types of issues was on vacation?? One person in the entire organization that handles these issues and everything shuts down while this person is on vacation!! The worst part of all this is I signed in April and if this had happened like I was promised I would have had the solar going the entire summer. At this rate the panels will be turned on at the beginning of Winter. I literally (no joke) had about 40-50 different people soliciting solar in our new development and I REALLY wish I would of went with a bigger name who stands behind their promises.... read more
