The customer service of Epcon is the worst I have ever experienced. I have had 2 confirmed appts and their sales idiots never showed up. No call saying they were late, no apologies, etc. Recently got a call claiming new sales, new programs. But same old, same old. Their idiot did not show up and no call of saying late, etc. Complete drop case of a company. I wouldn't do business with them if it was free.
