Your installation crew: Rudy, Fernando, Joseph, Carlos and Guillermo performed an EXCELLENT job not only of installing our panels efficiently and successfully but also were more than helpful in explaining many aspects of the installation and operation to us. They took the time willingly to inform us.
Rudy and Fernando explained much about how the panels link with the Edison meter, the inspection process and the workings of the Titan monitoring meter. They also gave extra effort to install the monitoring meter inside my home office in a manner most suitable to us.
I would highly recommend this Titan installation team. We are very satisfied customers of Titan thus far. We have also had very excellent customer service on other aspects of solar panel operation in Southern California through Allen, Luke and Mike.
