Maybe we were the one customer out of many, but it has been a month and our system is not turned on. Called both companies-our electric and Clear Solar- to see what we do. I get a run around and transfers for the electric and a wait of two weeks, Then they say the electric company doesn't turn the Solar on. Net metering says it has to have a net meter approval but then after a wait of two weeks they don't turn it on. Government paperwork, they said. But, Clear Solar today, said it's maybe a technical issue and will have a tech turn the system on after the computer gets set for solar production. Already got the bill for the panels.
We are confused as to why we had to wait this long and no feedback as to why our Solar system was off, and after the initial install no return to get our power on, and having to report a power outage to get electricity to our home back on.... read more
