I was extremely disappointed in the huge delays in system design and approval, chaotic scheduling of the installation and the lack of professionalism of the installers. It took well over 5 weeks to get the preliminary system design, and an additional 7 weeks to have them finalized. I was contacted to set an installation date and time, which I took off from work. Horizon contacted me at 3PM that day stating that they would not be able to make it. The appointment was rescheduled for 3 days later. The installation crew arrived and completed the work in 1 day, but I did not at all appreciate the continuous use of profanities or the complete and utter mess of small parts, pieces of wire, and broken tile that were left in my backyard. This was my experience and I simply want to caution others as to what they too may experience with this company.
