Our experience with Harvest Power was nothing less than exceptional. From the initial consultation to the finishing touches of the install, Harvest Power was definitely the right choice, and we are completely satisfied with our new solar panel system. We initially chose Harvest Power because their customer service and technical reps were friendly and courteous, and they entertained all of our technical questions regarding the panels, the inverter, and the roof layout. The reps presented many different options (makes/models) of panels, and guided us to the right decision for our panels (type as well as amount), as well as our budget. We wanted to 'go solar' to do our part for the environment, but mainly to reduce our electric bills significantly. Mission accomplished! Our bills have been reduced over 90%, and we even love how the panels look on our roof. We often get compliments on our solar panels, not for how they look but how inconspicuous they actually are on our roof! I was, and still am, so very pleased with my choice to 'go with' Harvest Power. The sales staff was knowledgeable, and not the slightest bit 'pushy'. I really appreciated that, as this was a large investment for me and my family. Lenny Peters and his crew took the time to answer my questions, however small and silly they may have been. They educated me about solar panels, specifications, and usage in the process, and I am completely satisfied and confident I made the right choice with Harvest Power. Would def recommend them to anyone who is looking to go solar. Many companies offer similar products for similar prices (actually HP was a bit lower), but it was the personal touch, and comfort factor, that was ONLY present at Harvest.
