The service was fine while I was there. Now the problem happens when you have to move. You may not think that you will someday have to. I'm in the process of moving. I been out for nearly six months now and I have to still pay for services. I just found out that a transfer letter was emailed to me even though I was never told. Ok, now once I get the equipment transferred to the new buyer then I'm in the clear. Here's the kicker. If the buyer doesn't want the equipment. You have pay for it. Outright.
