Great experience from start to finish. Sales team was very helpful, communicated well with the install team, and everything went off without a hitch! They took care of all of our PG&E communication as well, and pulled all of the appropriate permits with our city (who can be rather difficult in these matters!). After installation the city inspector failed our system because of a pre-existing issue with the house wiring that we were unaware of - and Sierra Pacific came back out, fixed the issue and re-scheduled the inspector, and we passed everything. They are awesome! We had solar water heating for the pool put in last year and had a similar experience. Hopefully our HVAC system keeps plugging on for a few more years, but if it goes you'd better believe our first call will be to Sierra Pacific again!... read more
