After getting a detailed estimate from two other installers, I was still left with lots of questions and lots of concerns. Scot did the initial site survey and {Name Deleted}later followed up with a very detailed and specific survey with scalable options and answered all of my questions. {Name Deleted} even came out a second time and gave the entire detailed estimate to my wife because she was un-available for the first review. My mistake was waiting, I weighed the pro's vs con's for a few months. Once I decided well all that I can say looking back is why did I wait? The installation was excellent, the panels look great, the interface is seamless and most important to me is they were not pushy and the customer support is excellent.... read more
