Just received my True Up charge from Pg&e and it was over 3k!!!!. Talk about a shock. When I called Sungevity they told me that for a 3800 sq ft house they would never be able to produce enough due to roof space enough to cover even 40% of estimated usage. Well that is not what o was told when I decided to lease last year. Totally wiped out any reason to go solar. I did not add any pool, ecars etc. Pg&e confirmed production is way under usage she felt sorry for me. Very disappointed on how they were so off in sizing the system. I am a fan of solar but regret using them. Look elsewhere and now I am stuck paying even more for power due to lease fee on top of bill. I am filing a complaint with bbb as well. Go with another solar company and make sure you are getting the correct size system!... read more
