Terrible Customer Service and Warranty Practices I cannot express how frustrated I am with Freedom Forever. After purchasing my home, I found out that the solar system installed by the previous homeowner came with a warranty. However, when I contacted Freedom Forever to transfer the warranty into my name, I was met with stonewalling and runaround. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. After multiple phone calls and emails, I was told the warranty couldn’t be transferred because of some arbitrary, convoluted rule they claimed was in place. No matter how many times I explained that the system was in my name now, and that I had every right to the warranty, they just kept giving me the same canned responses with no real solutions. It’s clear that once they’ve installed your system, they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction or standing behind their product. Their warranty transfer process is a joke, and the fact that they’re making it nearly impossible to take advantage of a warranty that should rightfully be mine is infuriating. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Zero stars, but had to give one to post this.
