Questionable business practices

The company charged me $15,000 for a solar battery I declined. I have provided documentation and over a year later they still have not rectified their mistake. The person assigned my case, Anne Thomas, does not respond to emails requesting updates. Good Leap the loan company has done everything they can to assist correcting the mistake and Solar Sale is not responding to them either. BEWARE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
