We had a great experience with Venture Solar! We got off to a bit of a slow start, but when we contacted Venture, they immediately responded, listened to our concerns, went above and beyond to address our concerns, and kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. I do not think we have ever dealt with a more professional, thorough, and competent company. Every employee and team from our initial sales call, site assessment, scheduling, and finally installation, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and they made doing business so easy. When we decided to go solar, we contacted several solar companies, and Venture was the only company that came to our home and sent someone out the next day to assess our site - a level of customer service that none of the other companies even came close to. Their level of detail really made us feel like solar was the right fit for us and we were more than confident in our decision. We highly recommend Venture Solar for all of your solar needs- you will not be disappointed!
