Overall I had a positive experience with SunCommon. Everyone that came to the house from start to finish were professional, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and willing to answer any questions. The business model works well in that there are different individuals responsible for different phases of the process. This allows each individual to develop their own unique set of skills which allows for smooth transitions from one stage to the next. The hardest part was making a final decision about the number of panels in regards to productivity and cost. The smoothest part was the installation which was a testament to how qualified this team was.
